Nicholas is intimately familiar with the subject – as a founding managing partner of MaC Venture Capital (nee Cross Culture Ventures), he has been involved in helping over 100 early-stage startups obtain seed funding. Prior to this, Nichols served as a Kaufman Fellow and Director of Investment at Intel Capital, focusing on media and entertainment.
He has had a hand in a number of high-profile investments, including Gimlet Media, MongBD, Thrive Market, Plaves, Fair, LISNR, Maven, Blighty and Wonderschool. His accolades include MVMT 50 SXSW 2018 Innovator of the Year and Digital Diversity’s Innovation and Inclusion Transformation Award.
